Welcome to my blog site and thank you for stopping by!  Anyone who deals with a food allergy, sensitivity, or intolerance knows how much of a battle it can be to stay safe.  This is not something that will just go away.  This is life as we know it.  I am Allergy Warrior Annie and I am dedicating this page to all of the brave warriors who battle a food restriction every single day! I am excited to bring you a website that discusses all types of food allergies & restrictions, environmental allergies, including living gluten free, recipes, green living, clean living, and more!  I hope this page will be a safe place where you can come to discuss, learn, get support, find some great recipes, and have a few laughs along the way!

Omg I love your blog! I have a gluten intolerance and dairy intolerance. Anytime I eat it i break out, suffer from the really bad digestive issues, anxiety and mood swings. I cant even think when i eat these things sometimes. I try so hard to stay away from them but from time to time i eat them and regret it most times. :(

My son was diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and modifying the way we eat has been my goal. Not that he has food allergies, I think its better for all of us to modify how we eat if we want to “live long and prosper”. I’m looking forward to any ideas you share overall. Thanks for doing this, its kind of an emotional change, trying to make things better.

So happy to have found this blog! I have multiple food sensitivities and some severe food allergies. It has been a challenge to find foods to eat, especially since even some of the gluten free items contain corn, potato, or sunflower, besides soy. My biggest challenge right now is honey. Hoping to find some help and support!

  11. Congratulations on a wonderful sight! I wish you well and look forward to interacting with you in cyber land. We all need each other!

I just wondered if you would be so kind as to share our website with your readers. We have so many people with severe allergies who actually enjoy wearing our medical ID bracelets because they know it keeps them safe and too they are better looking than most of the medical bracelets out there. Here is the link to our website https://www.medicalidfashions.com.

If anyone needs any help with measuring their wrist or how to put what they need on their medical plate they can always call me directly. I am Abbe. I am the designer who started this company because I am a cancer survivor and heart patient survivor who needs to always wear a medical ID. I couldn’t bring myself to wear those ugly drugstore chains but rather chose to design my own while trying to help organizations listed on our website by donating $2 to them from the sale of any bracelet. If it hadn’t been for some of the research that had been done by certain organizations, I would not be here today. So, I wanted to find a way to say thank you to all the organizations that help people survive their bouts with all the different diseases.

If you want to contact me directly you can call me at 847-638-2223.
Thanks so much for being there for all those who need your help!
    Best Regards,
